We currently ship to destinations within the United States only.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all eligible orders, subject to the actual shipping settings and any applicable conditions displayed at checkout.
Processing and Transit Times
Our current estimated order processing and delivery times are:
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated carrier transit: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days, including processing.
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may depend on order processing, carrier operations, weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking information becomes available, we will send your tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

8. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@ridecrafted.us and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order's fulfilment status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through this procedure. You may instead contact us for assistance with the applicable return process.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy provides a return window of 90 days after delivery, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions and legal rights.
Ride Crafted pays the return shipping costs under our return policy. Customers should contact us before sending an item back to obtain the applicable return instructions. Do not assume that the business address listed in these Terms is a return facility.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and the refund approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. The seven-business-day period refers to our refund processing and does not guarantee the date on which the funds will appear in your account.
